Eight Tones Music School was founded by local Singaporean musicians who met through their love for Traditional Chinese Music. Henceforth, Eight Tones Music School was open in 2014. With over 500 students enrolled and 250 lessons weekly, Eight Tones Music School is the biggest Chinese Music school specialising in providing traditional Chinese music instrument lesson for the following instruments: Dizi, Erhu, Guzheng, Guqin, Hu Lu Si, Liuqin, Pipa, Sheng and Zhongruan. We cater to students of all ages and capabilities, be it for leisure or examinations, our dedicated teachers will help you to achieve your goals We take music education seriously, each lesson is specialized and designed for the unique individual. The specialised curriculums are extensively thought out by accomplished musicians in their respective fields so as to bring out the student’s greatest potential, whilst making classes fun and effective. Our teachers are motivated and take pride in teaching every student, to help them achieve their fullest potential. Lessons are taught at our music school either individually or in small groups. Our various courses enable our students to have an overall appreciation for both music practical and theory. We are a one stop shop, selling traditional Chinese instruments and accessories.
